At the Oleta River Outdoor Center, visitors can easily rent canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and bicycles, while numerous picnic tables and grills are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
A dedicated playground caters to the younger visitors. The park also offers the chance to swim in the lagoon or fish from the pier or the shoreline. It's not uncommon for kayakers to witness the graceful presence of dolphins and manatees in the surrounding waters.
